1. Determination of thermal viscosity
Weigh 150.0g of sample and place it in a 1000mL iron cup. Add 350mL of distilled water to make starch milk. Place the iron cup in a boiling water bath for heating. At the same time, use an electric mixer to stir the starch milk. The speed of the mixer is 300r · min-1. Keep the temperature at 90~95 ℃ for 30min. Pour the above starch emulsion into a 500mL beaker, cool it to 25 ℃, and test it with DV-S viscometer. Viscometer parameters: 3 # rotor, 30r · min-1 speed. The reading value is the thermal viscosity.
2.Determination of cold viscosity
Control the room temperature at 25 ℃, weigh 150.0g of sample and place it in a 1000mL iron cup, add 350mL of distilled water to make starch milk, and use an electric mixer to stir the starch milk. The speed of the mixer is 1300r · min-1, and the mixing time is 30min. Pour the above starch milk into a 500mL beaker, and use DV-S viscometer to test. Viscometer parameters: 3 # rotor, 30r · min-1 speed. The reading value is the cold viscosity.
