According to the different requirements of cost and process, other adhesives and curing agents can be added and used according to a certain proportion to achieve the optimized effect.

Scope of application:

It can be used for splicing after adding curing agent (or hot pressing), assembling general material, veneering, wood-based panel manufacturing, wood door, bending wood, MDF, particleboard bonding etc.

Deployment ratio: Pure powder   water   powder

Gelatinized amount: Generally 160-180g / ㎡ (single surface), depending on the material and smoothness of the board surface

Wood moisture: Best 8-10% ± ≤ 2%

Hot pressing temperature: 80-120℃ 

Hot pressing pressure: 8-16Kg/C㎡

Hot pressing time: 1min / mm board thickness

Powder appearance: White powdery
